All purchases from asleni.com are subject to our terms of sale. Prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable. Orders are accepted subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

Consumer guarantees: Nothing in our terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

As required by the ACL, consumers are entitled to remedies if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or significantly different to description. For faulty goods we will provide a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstance.

To request a remedy for a defective product, please contact us via Contacts with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We may request return of the goods for assessment. Return postage may be reimbursed where the fault is confirmed.

Change of mind: If you simply change your mind, returns are at our discretion. Many of our products are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days if returned in original condition. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

We ship across Australia using reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times depend on destination and stock availability. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking details are emailed once dispatched.

Risk passes to you upon delivery to the nominated shipping address. Please inspect items on receipt and notify us promptly of any issues.
